The service was nice as we had expected. We received wake up service for free, a nice bonus. It was in a favourable and peaceful location with Al Jum'a Mosque nearby. The area was good not far from center, groceries, laundries, restaurants, and the downtown.

Located in the downtown area, this hotel offers convenience to taxis and is surrounded by various eateries. the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with clean bedsheets and pillow cases. the staff members, from the Bangladeshi to the Egyptian, are friendly and accommodating. the hotel also provides its guests with their own parking space, adding to the convenience for those traveling with their own vehicles.
Some aspects of the hotel, such as the bathroom, need improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.
